Privacy notice

About this notice

Kaeelo is a tool that helps workplaces prevent burnout. It is not open yet. For now this website has a waitlist and a demo.

This notice explains what happens to your information when you use them. We follow UK data protection law: the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Kaeelo is run by the Kaeelo team. In this notice “we”, “us” and “our” mean that team. For any question about this notice or your data, email privacy@kaeelo.com.

If you join the waitlist

• What we collect. Your work email address. If you give them, your name and your organisation.
• Why. To tell you when Kaeelo opens for you, and nothing else. We use it because you asked us to by joining. You can change your mind at any time.
• Where it goes. The form sends one email to our team at hello@kaeelo.com. Our email delivery provider carries it. The website does not store it. Our team keeps the list.
• How long we keep it. Until six months after Kaeelo opens to everyone. Then we delete it.
• To come off the list. Email privacy@kaeelo.com and we will delete your details.

We do not sell the list or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.

If you try the demo

The demo is a made-up organisation with made-up people. It runs in your browser. Nothing you type or change in it is kept, and none of it is sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also take back your consent at any time.

Email privacy@kaeelo.com. We reply within one month. It is free.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
